How do I make a reservation? You can book a vehicle online through our website, via our mobile app, or by calling our customer service team. We recommend booking in advance to ensure vehicle availability and secure the best rates.
Can I modify or cancel my reservation? Yes, you can modify or cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before your pickup time without any fees. Changes made within 24 hours may be subject to cancellation charges depending on your rate plan.
Do I need a credit card to rent a car? A valid credit card in the driver’s name is required at pickup for the security deposit. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Debit cards may be accepted at select locations with additional identification requirements.
What do I need to rent a car? You’ll need a valid driver’s license held for at least one year, a credit card in your name, and proof of insurance (if not purchasing our coverage). International renters need a valid passport and may require an International Driving Permit depending on their country of origin.
What is the minimum age to rent a car? The minimum age is 21 years old. Drivers under 25 may be subject to a young driver surcharge. Some vehicle categories may have higher age requirements.
Can someone else drive my rental car? Additional drivers can be added to your rental agreement at the time of pickup for a daily fee. All drivers must meet our age and license requirements and be present with valid identification.
What happens if I’m late for my pickup? We hold reservations for up to 2 hours past your scheduled pickup time. If you’ll be arriving later, please contact us to modify your reservation. No-shows may result in cancellation.
Can I return the car to a different location? Yes, one-way rentals are available between most locations. A one-way fee may apply depending on the pickup and drop-off locations.
What if I return the car late? A grace period of 29 minutes is provided. Returns beyond this time will be charged for an additional day. If you need to extend your rental, please contact us before your scheduled return time.
What insurance options are available? We offer Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), Theft Protection, Personal Accident Insurance, and Personal Effects Coverage. Your personal auto insurance or credit card may already provide rental car coverage, so please check before purchasing.
Is insurance mandatory? You must have valid insurance coverage to rent a vehicle. You can use your own insurance, purchase our protection plans, or in some cases, use coverage provided by your credit card company.
